ABOUT THE SHOW

WHEN YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES is a sapphic horror musical that is still currently in development. Set in a small, grey town, the show follows a group of young women who, for one reason or another, are vulnerable. When a new girl enters the scene, things rapidly descend into a nightmare that just might be real.

Blood. Betrayal. Purring. Heartbreak.

Do you even know what it is that you want?

This show explores the pursuit of purpose, and how far you’re willing to go to get what you think you need.

When You Close Your Eyes first premiered in Toronto in June 2024. This sold out workshop production was produced in development with Makeshift Company.
